Many fathers were absent from the home, busy working & then not knowing how to be fathers. In my family, the girls, myself included, were expected to work at young ages. We were expected to be responsible. My brothers had some responsibilities, but playing sports was their main thing & they were not expected to do difficult tasks. Dr. Peterson gives an acceptable definition of BPD for an off-the-cuff explanation but he there are a couple of things he missed: 90% of BPD are female and while males have it, the affliction is not nearly so common. People with BPD are extremely adept at presenting themselves as "wonderful mates" when one first knows them - their "gift' is to mimic what the other person is looking for; then as the relationship gets closer the BPD person will "switch" into the complete opposite personality. IE: you think you marrying a angel and you end up marrying the devil. BPDs can hide their affliction for years before it burst forth, but once it does, they will never "switch" back in to the angel.

Women main role is to look after kids when they are mothers. That’s their role as defined by god. U can’t be a manager and a mother at same time. A mother puts her children as first priority. That’s true femininity

if i don’t kill myself my body will. the amount of depression going on here is literally killing me. i can name every medication i’ve tried and that’s failed me but it won’t do me any good. this is a nightmare in the same day over and over again. i hope one day i can wake up and be alright. i don’t even care about being happy anymore i just wanna be okay. i don’t even know what’s to blame for this feeling anymore because it’s just one thing after another, the way my mind works i tend to forget as a response to all this. i’m typing into a comment section because i’ve got nobody to leave hurting when i’m gone

A lot of men (women too but most often men) who focus 150% their career and have no hobbies or life outside, probably have autism, social anxiety or some kind of schizoid personality. They don’t get pleasure or satisfaction and/or struggle significantly with socialising, relationships and being around people that they compensate by going all in on their career, status, wealth etc.

You're either making others deal with your bitterness or you're making them deal with your dishonesty. I would rather be bitter and empathic and hurting than dishonest and selfish and prosperous. Dismissing the issues of life and then having kids only so that they tank these for you is the worst weakness one can show imo, even though when you're putting on a face, and with all the shiny items in your churches, you'd sell your thing better than I'd be able to. I'm here to live the shitty life so that my potential children don't have to. I'm not here to pretend like everything is great, and I don't want you to bs yourselves into thinking that it is. I don't want you to be good to yourselves and to each other. You should suffer and have your days ruined by all the shit that's going on, otherwise your children will suffer by your deliberate choice, and that's way worse and anyone with empathy must agree with me. If you fail to make bitterness itself impossible, you shouldn't have kids at all. If God exists, he should do a better job next time. I'm proudly fucking bitter and miserable, hoping that one day we get rid of it, but I doubt it.
